Rental data stays with your devices and iCloud.

Landlady does not require an account. When a Premium member enables sync, Apple private CloudKit stores the data in their own iCloud space and keeps it available across devices.

Everyday rent management stays free.

The free tier includes the complete ledger, reminders, and rent calendar. Upgrade only when you need a larger portfolio, payment evidence, or multi-device sync.

Good to know

Which languages and currencies are supported?

The update in preparation adds Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English, with CNY, TWD, HKD, MYR, SGD and USD. Language and ledger currency are separate settings. Each ledger uses one currency; changing it does not convert existing amounts.

How do I show properties on the map?

In the upcoming update, search for an address or tap the map while adding or editing a property, then confirm and save. Property groups appear with their name and room count. Rooms in a group share its location.

Does Landlady collect rent payments for me?

No. Landlady records payments you have received and reminds you about outstanding bills. It does not process rent payments, screen tenants, or provide local legal or tax services.

Who is Landlady for?

It is designed for individual landlords managing properties, tenants, leases and monthly rent.

What can I record?

You can record rent, deposits, utilities, management fees, parking and other received payments.

Do I need an account?

No. The app does not require a Landlady account.

Where is my data stored?

Data stays on your device. Premium members can enable Apple private CloudKit sync across their devices.

Does it cost anything?

Everyday bookkeeping, reminders, and calendar tools are free. Premium adds higher limits, payment attachments, and iCloud multi-device sync.
