Get started with your rental ledger.

Who it is for
Landlady is an iPhone ledger for individual landlords tracking rooms, rental units, tenants, leases and payments. It records payments already received; it does not process rent payments or screen tenants.
Add a property and tenant
Open Properties to add a property group and room. Open Tenants from the middle tab to add a tenant, then link the tenancy when editing the property. Names and addresses you enter remain unchanged when you switch languages.
Set a map location
In the upcoming update, edit or add a property, open Property address and choose Set map location. Search for an address or tap the map, confirm the location and save the property. A property group and its rooms share the location.
Record and inspect a payment
Use Record payment on Home or Rent, choose the property, tenant, fee type and amount, then save. The upcoming rent detail view shows payment date, method, notes and linked bills.
Choose language and currency
The upcoming update adds My account > Settings > Language and currency. Choose Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese or English. Select CNY, TWD, HKD, MYR, SGD or USD independently. One ledger uses one currency; no automatic exchange conversion is performed.
Reminders and calendar
Configure due-date and overdue reminders in Settings. Calendar sync writes scheduled bills to Apple Calendar only when enabled and permitted. Verify the due dates after changing lease terms.
Free and Premium
The free plan supports 2 property groups, 5 rooms and 5 active tenants with bookkeeping, reminders and calendar features. Premium expands capacity, adds up to 10 image/PDF attachments per payment and enables private iCloud sync. See in-app prices for your App Store region.
Local rental requirements
You remain responsible for rent agreements, taxes, deposits and local tenancy requirements. The app does not provide legal or tax advice. Contact support using the link below.
