Service
Landlady provides rental bookkeeping and reminder tools. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of tenant and property information, and for checking balances and lease dates.
Membership
Core tools remain available in the free plan within its capacity limits. Optional monthly, annual and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Apple Account settings. Prices, trial eligibility and refunds follow the terms shown by Apple.
No payment processing or advice
The app records receipts and bills; it does not collect rent on your behalf. It is not a tenancy agency, credit-screening service or source of legal, tax or investment advice.
Data and backups
Protect your device and Apple Account. Maintain appropriate backups. System outages, denied permissions and unavailable iCloud or network services may affect reminders or recovery. Deletion of linked records can be irreversible.
Language and currency
Translated labels do not translate your entered data or alter stored numeric amounts. Currency selection labels the ledger and does not perform foreign-exchange conversion. Do not combine amounts in different currencies in a single ledger.
Third-party terms
Apple system services and RevenueCat support the app. Apple’s standard EULA applies to App Store purchases; use the link below to review it. Contact support if you have questions.
